Mind Over Matter explores the power of thought and an inner strength. It speaks to the ability to rise above circumstances, and challenging limitations. Through layered composition and contrasting elements. Mind over matter recognizes that what happens around us does not have to determine what happens within us.
Though not a true diptych but rather a conceptual diptych, together with painting Matter of Fact, the two as a pair states WHAT IS, versus what WE MAKE of what is.
