My name is Regina Dunn,  a "self taught" visual abstract and mixed media artist from Flint, Michigan. I've been creating art since 2003.

I exhibit my artwork regularly in Flint, MI and surrounding areas. 

I also regularly vendor at art fairs such as The Flint Institute of Arts (Flint Art Fair),  First Bloom Arts and Things, First Frost arts & crafts, Arts & Apples Festival, and Orchard Lake Fine Art fair, and the list is growing,

Flint Artwalk is one of my regular events to exhibit artwork. The Greater Flint Arts Council hosts exhibitions such as the All member exhibition,

The African American Artist of Michigan, and various invitational exhibitions.

My artistic creations can be found in private collections in homes across the United States.

I create intuitively, without focus or a plan. My process consists of play, building up layers of paint and subtraction, uses of mixed media, and mark making.

"My work is filled with happy accidents, design fundamentals, gestural movements, architectural design elements such as shapes, texture, color and symmetry.

I hope to bring happiness and joy to the world through my paintings.
